I've heard packaging via CLI only takes ~15 mins for a small project but I can't find updated info for doing this in UE5. So for some reason, when i try packaging my project from Unreal Editor, it takes 10 hours while for other platforms it takes a matter of minutes. Suggested naming conventions, collaboration tips, common pipeline struggles and solutions. Including BP tools and options but focuses a lot on C and "under the hood" details.
